  • Consultation: The very first step in our process is consultation. After contacting us, we will schedule several consultations so that you can choose the best floor plans for your new home, set a budget for the project, and get a better idea of your goals. During these initial meetings, it is important that you bring all the ideas and suggestions to the table since it is complicated to change the plans and layouts of the project once the construction starts. There will be several versions of your floor design before you finally find the one you like. Thankfully, we have various options you can choose from, and we will allow you as much time as possible to make the decision. 


  • Making a decision: This is the most important part of our process. We present to you a detailed floor plan so you can make a final decision and set construction timelines and dates. Once you settle on the final floor plan, we can start with the preparations for your new home. We also work with you to ensure everything is included in the plan and goes smoothly. 


  • Beginning construction: Depending on the size of your new home, the number of floors, and other details, the construction should take just a few months. Even though you signed off on the official floor plans of the house, we will still check with you at every step along the way and involve you as much as possible. 


  • Final touches: Once the main structure is erected, we will sort out the final touches, including details such as fixtures, colours, and if you like furniture. We will help you here, too, as you pick the right finishing for your new home to see how your dream of a new home has become a reality.


  • Time to move in: Now that the construction has been completed and finished installed, it is now time for you to move into your new home. We recommend the best maintenance practice for siding and roofs to ensure that your home stays in great shape for many years.
